The Eroscillator® line of products has been developed and improved over the last 10 years and are considered to be very well engineered and produced. The Eroscillator® does what it promises to, which is why Dr. Ruth chose to endorse it. She had never previously and has never since endorsed another product.
We have a better than 99.5% satisfaction rate. This means that we only receive 5 complaints out of 1000 orders on the basis of dissatisfaction with the product. This can be attributed to various reasons; after all, it would be virtually impossible to satisfy 100% of customers inspire our best efforts. Besides the last .05% is our incentive to continually improve our products so that someday we may satisfy everyone without exceptions.
To guarantee your satisfaction, we offer the following returns policy:
1 year warranty on defective items;
30 day return policy on unused/unsheathed devices with full refund on the purchased items. This only applies it THE SEAL IS NOT BROKEN ON THE EROSCILLATOR®;
30 day refund policy for used items. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your Eroscillator®, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. A 50% sanitary disposal fee applies as we cannot repurpose used devices, for obvious health rules and FDA regulations.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
