How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment. We use US mail, Priority service which typically takes one to five business days to
deliver a small package anywhere in the country or UPS ground for regular shipping. In summary the total order time from when you place your order to when the package arrives at your home should be 7 to 10 working
days for credit card orders, and 15 to 30 working days (after we receive the check) for check, pay by check online or money order.
If you need your unit right away, you can choose between UPS Overnight or Second
Day shipping (Orders paid by Credit Card only. We do not ship orders during the weekends and our deadline on weekdays is 11:00am - EST).
During long weekend holidays, we will not ship orders on Fridays.
How safe is to place an order on your site?
Our order form utilizes SSL encryption, the highest level of security available on the Internet. In fact, according to Netscape, there has never been a stolen
credit card number from secure server form.
Visa and MasterCard consider SSL secure order forms safer than handing your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. This system works for all browsers, including

Will I ever be contacted again by you?
We will only contact you by e-mail
if we have a problem with shipping method or credit card, other than that, no, we will never contact you again for any other reason. If you ever wish to learn about specials or promotions you will have to visit the site often to keep up with news etc.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are shipped in plain paper packaging to ensure your privacy. No exterior markings which indicate the contents are apparent.
